Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.

  • This includes returns due to change of mind, as long as the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

What’s Not Covered

  • Screen or display issues that arise after the purchase.

  • Any form of physical damage, including accidental drops or mishandling.

  • Burnt components or liquid damage.

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering void the warranty.

Online Order Returns

  • If the order was placed online and you request a return or exchange, you are responsible for the delivery charges.

  • For warranty claims, delivery charges depend on the case and situation.
