Return & Warranty Policy – Haroon Traders

At Haroon Traders, your satisfaction matters most to us. Every laptop is carefully tested before delivery to ensure full working condition. Please read the following terms before purchasing or claiming any warranty.


Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies only to internal hardware components and covers functional faults, not physical or burn-related damage.

1. Motherboard
Covered if the motherboard becomes non-functional or stops detecting components (e.g., RAM, SSD, display) without any burn or liquid signs.
⚠️ Burnt or physically damaged motherboards are not covered under warranty.

2. Sound
Warranty covers issues where no sound output is detected from internal speakers or headphone jack (software check required before claim).

3. Ports
Covers non-functional USB, HDMI, LAN, or audio ports if found dead internally (not due to physical force or bent pins).

4. Camera
Covers cases where the camera is not detected or shows a black screen, after verifying that the problem is not caused by software or driver issues.

5. Keyboard
Warranty covers non-working keys or full keyboard failure without liquid or physical damage.

6. Mousepad (Touchpad)
Covers touchpad not functioning or not detected in device settings, excluding cases of damage, pressure marks, or cracks.

7. Battery
Minimum 2-hour backup guaranteed during the warranty period. Warranty covers battery not charging or sudden power drop issues (not swollen or physically damaged).

8. Processor
Covers CPU not detected, overheating due to an internal fault, or the system not booting because of a processor failure.

9. RAM
Covers RAM-related blue screen or non-detection issues verified by testing. Cosmetic or minor performance fluctuations are not covered.


Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • Laptop failure after BIOS update

  • SSD (NVMe, M.2, SATA), Speaker, Charger, LCD, or “No Display / No Power” issues

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Touch screen malfunction or panel damage

  • Physical damage, burnt components, or broken seals

  • RAM health or display-related issues

  • Missing original invoice or warranty slip

  • Products not collected within 1 month after warranty approval

  • Warranty claims made over the phone are not acceptable (physical verification required)


Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your laptop.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

  • Refunds (for both cash and online payments) are processed through online transfer only within 1 working day after verification.

  • Products with broken seals, missing accessories, or signs of use will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Online Orders & Warranty Claims

  • Karachi Customers:

    • Warranty claims within the warranty period will be handled by our rider service free of cost.

    • For out-of-warranty issues, customers must visit the outlet for inspection.

    • If you cannot visit for a valid warranty claim, a Rs. 1000 delivery charge will apply.

  • Customers Outside Karachi:

    • Courier charges for return or warranty claims will be paid by the customer.

    • Please pack the item securely and include your original invoice and warranty slip.


Important Notes

  • Always keep your original bill and warranty slip safe for future claims.

  • Any tampering, seal removal, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

  • Haroon Traders will not be responsible for any product not collected within the given time period after repair approval.
