Return & Warranty Policy – Haroon Traders


At Haroon Traders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every laptop we sell is imported, tested, and verified, ensuring you receive a reliable device at the best price in Pakistan. This Return & Warranty Policy explains all terms clearly, so customers can purchase with confidence.


1. Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 3-Day Return & Exchange

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The laptop must be returned in the same condition as sold.

  • All accessories, box/packaging, and warranty slip must be included.

  • Returns without a valid bill/warranty slip will not be accepted.

  • “Change of mind” returns are allowed within 3 days.

1.2 Conditions Where Return Is Not Accepted

Haroon Traders will not accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The laptop has physical damage, liquid damage, dents, or cracks.

  • The warranty seal is broken or tampered with.

  • The product is mishandled by the customer.

  • Software issues or viruses are detected.

  • Display complaints arise after usage.

1.3 Online Orders – Return/Exchange Shipping

For online orders:

  • Return/exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • The item must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


2. Warranty Policy

All laptops purchased from Haroon Traders include a 3-month checking warranty, covering internal hardware functionality.

2.1 Warranty Coverage

The following components are covered under warranty:

  • Motherboard

  • Processor

  • RAM (functional warranty only)

  • Ports (USB, HDMI, Audio, etc.)

  • Camera

  • Keyboard

  • Mousepad

  • Sound System

  • Battery (minimum 2-hour backup guaranteed during warranty period)

2.2 Warranty Not Covered

Warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Issues arising after BIOS updates

  • SSD/HDD health or detection issues

  • Speaker burst

  • No display / no power

  • LCD/LED panel & touch-screen issues

  • Charger/adapter issues

  • Liquid damage

  • Physical damage/dents/cracks

  • Software faults, Windows corruption, and viruses

  • RAM blue screen errors, RAM display issues

  • Dead devices

  • Burnt components

  • Customer-induced short-circuits

2.3 Battery Warranty

  • A minimum 2-hour battery backup is guaranteed during the 3-month warranty.

  • Battery replacement/repair is applicable if the backup drops significantly below 2 hours.

  • Swollen batteries due to misuse/overcharging are not covered.

2.4 Warranty Claims – Important

  • Warranty is only valid with the original bill/warranty slip.

  • Warranty seal must remain intact. If broken, the warranty becomes void.

  • No warranty claims will be accepted via phone calls.

  • Warranty claims will not be processed on Saturdays.

  • Customer must collect their laptop within 1 month of purchase; after that, Haroon Traders is not responsible for unclaimed laptops or delayed pickups.


3. Online Order Warranty Process

For customers outside Karachi:

  • Warranty claims must be shipped back by the customer.

  • For valid warranty issues, Haroon Traders will repair/replace the part and return the device.

  • Shipping charges for warranty claims depend on the case.

  • Physical or display damage during courier transit is not covered.


4. Important Conditions

  • Haroon Traders does not guarantee cosmetic perfection on imported laptops (minor scratches are normal for pre-owned imports).

  • Unauthorized repairs or opening of the device voids warranty.

  • Customers must back up data before sending a laptop for warranty. Haroon Traders is not responsible for data loss.

  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of faulty hardware; refunds are not provided after the 3-day return window.
