Our laptops are not refurbished. They are imported, fresh-condition laptops that have not been used in Pakistan.
Q3: What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a 3-month checking warranty with a minimum 2-hour battery backup guarantee. However, screen/display issues, physical damage, or burnt/liquid damage are not covered.
Q4: Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days, even for a change of mind. The laptop must be in original condition with packaging.
