Warranty Coverage

  • Same Model Replacement: If a verified issue occurs with your laptop, we provide a replacement of the same model within the warranty period (subject to availability).
  • 1-Month Warranty: All laptops come with a 1-month warranty. Any functional or technical issues during this period will be resolved by our team.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage, including accidental drops or mishandling.
    • Display damage or issues.
    • Burned Laptops due to power issues or misuse.

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacements are only valid within the 1-month warranty period.
  • If the warranty period has expired, no replacement will be provided.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or warranty claim:

  1. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory.
  3. The issue must be covered under the warranty terms.

Important Notes

  • The warranty is valid for 1 month only; claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Returns due to change of mind are not allowed.
  • Any unauthorized repairs or tampering with the laptop will void the warranty.
  • Replacement and repair do not apply to physical or burned laptop damage.
